摘要
开放性是高等教育发展内在规律的表现,开放办学是高校存在与发展的重要基础和基本条件。文章从考察开放办学的概念与内涵入手,在分析高校开放办学的重要性和意义的基础上,提出高校基于人才培养、科学研究、社会服务三大职能实行全方位多层次开放办学的路径与措施。
Openness reflects the internal law of higher education development. Running school openly is the important foundation and basic condition to the existence and development of universities and colleges. This paper begins with the concept and connotation of running school openly and then presents the route and measures for universities and colleges to practise overall and multilevel open running on the basis of the three functions of talent training, scientific research and social work.
