Discuss Atherosclerosis on Heart and Encephalon

目的:探讨心脑动脉粥样硬化中医的病因病机及其临床治疗。方法:运用中医传统理论,分析心、脑生理功能的相关性,病因病机间的联系。结果:心脑动脉粥样硬化心、脑功能相济,息息相关;病机可概括为以阳虚、气血亏虚为本,痰凝、血瘀为标,日久虚实夹杂,最终发展为因虚致实,因实而虚的恶性循环。在临床中,运用补气养阴,化痰清瘀法,以补为主,气血同治,痰瘀共除,心脑兼顾治疗动脉粥样硬化性血管病。结论:心脑动脉粥样硬化性疾病可异病同治,中医药治疗具有多靶点干预的优势。

Objective ： To probe the etiology, pathogenesis and therepy of the atherosclerosis on the heart and encephalon with TCM. Methods：Analyze the correlation of the physiological function between heart and encephalon,etiology and pathogenesis by TCM basic theorT.Resuhs：The Biao of atherosclerosis oil the heart and eneephalon is deficiency of Yang Qi and Xue in tile pathogenesis,phlegm stagnation and blood stasis belong to Biao. It is to strengthen Qi and nourish Yin,to eliminate phlegm and remove blood stasis in medical treatment.Both the heart and encephalon are treated to reinforce Qi method in acupuncture mainly and the same time treat both the Qi and Xue aspects,remove phlem and stasis.Conclusion：The atherosclerosis on the heart and encephalon can be treated with the same therapeutic rule.The TCM is superier in muhi-target intervention then Western medicine treatment..
