祛浊通腑化瘀益肾治疗慢性肾功能衰竭临床研究

Clinical Study on Chronic Renal Failure by the Method for Expelling Turbid and Purging Fu and Removing Blood Stasis and Supplementing Kidney

目的:观察祛浊通腑化瘀益肾治疗对慢性肾功能衰竭(CRF)的临床疗效。方法:60例CRF病人随机分为祛浊通腑化瘀益肾中药组(治疗组)30例和至灵胶囊组(对照组)30例,疗程60天。结果:治疗组治疗前后比较:临床症状积分、血肌酐(Scr)、尿素氮(BUN)、血红蛋白(Hb)、白蛋白(Alb)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)均有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05);对照组治疗前后比较:临床症状积分、Scr、BUN、LDL-C有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组与对照组比较:临床症状积分、Scr、BUN、Hb、Alb、TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:祛浊通腑化瘀益肾治疗可改善CRF病人的临床症状及肾功能。

Objective：To explore the effect on chronic renal failure （CRF）by expelling turbid and purging Fu and removing blood stasis and supplementing kidney. Methods：Sixty patients with CRF were divided randomly into the treatment group （n=30）with expelling turbid and purging Fu and removing blood atasis and supplementing kidney and the control group（n=30） with ZhiLing Capsules. Each course was 60days. Results：Mter treatment, clinical symptom score , serum creatinine （Scr） , blood uria nitrogen（BUN）,hemoglo bin（Hb） , albumin（Alh）,TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C were improved significantly in the treatment group （P〈0.01 or P〈0.05 ）; clinical symptom score , Scr , BUN, LDL-C were improved significantly in the control group （ P〈0.05 ）; clinical symptom score, Scr, BUN , Hb, Alb,TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C was significant difference between the two group （ P〈0.01 or P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion：The method of expelling turbid and purging Fu and removing blood stasis and supplementing kidney can significantly improve clinical symptoms, renal function in the patient of CRF.
