丹参注射液配合中药治疗皮层性尿频93例

DanShen Injection Combined with Chinese Herbs Treating 93 Cases patients with Cortex Frequency Urination

目的:观察丹参注射液配合中药治疗皮层性尿频的疗效。方法:对93例皮层性尿频患者采用静脉注射丹参注射液的同时,肾气不固型加服右归丸,肺脾气虚型加服补中益气汤加味,均治疗3个疗程。结果:肾气不固型52例:治愈35例,好转12例,无效5例,总有效率90.38%。肺脾气虚型41例:治愈26例,好转12例,无效3例,总有效率92.68%。结论:丹参注射液配合中药治疗皮层性尿频有显著疗效。

Objective： To investigate curative effect of DanShen injection combined with Chinese herbs. Methods： To do the mainline with the DanShen injection combined with Chinese herbs to the patients got the cortex frequency urination at the same time. For the pattern of deficiency of kidney Qi, add YouGui pills. For the pattern of deficiency of lung and spleen Qi, add BuZhong YiQi Tang. All had been treated for three causes. Result： For the 52 cases of deficiency of kidney Qi, 35cases had been cured, 12cases had been upturned, 5 eases were ineffective, total efficiency 90.38%. For the 41cases of deficiency of lung and spleen Qi, 26cases had been cured, 12 cases had been upturned,3 cases were ineffective, total efficiency 92.68%. Conclusion： DanShen injection combined with Chinese herbs are more effective to treat the cortex frequency urination.
