袁氏滋肾活血汤治疗多囊卵巢综合征疗效观察

Clinical Effect Observation on treatment to 52 Polycystic Ovarian Syndromes by YUAN-clan Zishen Huoxue Decoction

目的:观察应用袁氏滋肾活血汤加减结合西药综合治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床疗效。方法:采用袁氏滋肾活血汤加减结合西药综合治疗多囊卵巢综合征27例,并与单纯用西药综合治疗的25例进行对照观察。结果:治疗组27例中治愈19例,有效7例,无效1例,总有效率92.59%;对照组25例中,治愈7例,有效14例,无效4例,总有效率84.00%。两组疗效比较差异有显著意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效较优。结论:袁氏滋肾活血汤加减结合西药治疗多囊卵巢综合征有很好的协同增效作用。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect about treating 52 polycystic ovarian syndromes （PCOS） by YUAN-clan Zishen Huoxue decoction, combining with western medicine .Method： To apply Zishen Huoxue decoction to neat 27 polycystic ovarian syndromes ,combining with western medicine, and to observe contrasting with clinical effect of 25 PCOS by western medicine purely. Result： 27 therapy group：19 curing, 7 utility, 1 useless, total effective rate is 92.59%＇25 control group： 7 curing, 14 utility, 4 useless, total effective rate is 84.00%.Two sets have significant deviation（P〈0.05）, therapy group is better. Conclusion： lxeating polycystic ovarian syndromes （PCOS） by YUAN-clan Liaoning decoction have good coe-synergistic action.
