中西医结合治疗人胰岛素反复过敏1例报道

Clinical Observation on One Patient with Insulin Allergy Treatment with Tradtional Chinese and Western Medicine

叙述1例因为血糖控制不佳予以胰岛素注射治疗,但全部发生胰岛素过敏现象,主要表现为皮疹及瘙痒,每次过敏后服用抗组胺药物均未能改善症状,所以患者每次过敏后均自行停用胰岛素治疗。2008年5月因左小腿局部外伤后溃疡入住东方医院,为应用胰岛素以控制患者血糖,采用胰岛素注射剂脱敏配合中药治疗,中医辨证属气血亏虚、燥热津伤,治疗以养血活血、祛风止痒为主。中西医结合治疗1周后过敏逐渐得到控制。患者出院后开始使用胰岛素控制血糖,未再出现严重过敏反应。

Zhang patient, male, 43 years old, received insulin injection treatment because of poor blood sugar control in November 2001, 2006 and January 2008, but insulin allergy occurred every time, which appearance included skin rashes and itching. Every time, taking antihistamine drug failed to improve symptoms, so the patient stopped using insulin treatment after insulin allergy. In May 2008 the patient went to the Dongfang Hospital because of the ulcer after lower left leg injury. For using insulin to control blood sugar, we adopted a desensitization of insulin injection combination with Chinese medicine. TCM differentiation of symptoms and signs is Qi and blood deficiency, dryness-heat Jin injury, treatment is nourishing and activating-blood, dispelling wind to alleviate itching. After a week of traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment the allergy gradually brought under control. After the patient discharged from hospital he began the use of insulin to control blood sugar, no serious allergic reactions.
