温针灸治疗肩关节周围炎的临床研究

Warming Acupuncture Clinical Study of Periarthritis of Shoulder

目的:探讨温针灸治疗肩关节周围炎的临床疗效。方法:将120例肩周炎患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,治疗组以温针灸治疗,对照组以布洛芬缓释胶囊治疗,观察治疗前后疼痛、肩关节活动度、日常生活能力的变化,并进行远期随访。结果:治疗组治疗有效率为88.33%,对照组有效率为78.33%,两组相比差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:温针灸治疗肩关节周围炎疗效显著。

Odjective： To investigate the temperature of acupuncture treatment of periarthritis of shoulder clinical efficacy. Methods： 120 cases of periarthritis of shoulder were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, treatment group to warm acupuncture treatment, the control group treated with ihuprofen sustained-release capsules were observed before and after treatment for pain, shoulder joint activity, changes in activities of daily living and long-term follow-up. Results： In treatment group response rate was 88.33 percent, effective for the control group 78.33%, compared to differences between the two groups was significant （P〈0.05） Conclusion：Warming acupuncture got a significant effect of periarthritis .
