摘要
目的:观察"止痛带"对动物皮肤的毒性作用。方法:新西兰兔12只随机分为3组,每组4只,进行皮肤急性毒性实验;新西兰兔4只,雌雄各半,进行皮肤刺激性实验;健康豚鼠30只,随机分为3组,每组10只,即A组:"止痛带"组;豚鼠经皮肤多次给药致敏后激发,观察其过敏反应。并与B组:阳性对照组、C组:赋形剂组相对照进行皮肤过敏实验。结果:"止痛带"对新西兰兔完整皮肤和破损皮肤均未引起急性毒性反应和刺激反应;对豚鼠完整皮肤无致敏作用。结论:"止痛带"用于临床安全、无毒。
Objective：To study the toxic action of ＂the lenitive beh＂ on animal skin.Methods： Acute dermal toxicity test and dermal irritation test were conducted in New Zealand rabbits, and dermal sensitivity test was performed in guinea pigs. Results： ＂the lenitive belt＂ had no acute toxicity or irritation to the intact or damaged skin of rabbits and was not allergy-inducing to the skin of guinea pigs. Conclusions： ＂the lenitive belt is safe and nontoxic and can be used in clinic practice.
