腰椎间盘突出症的影像学诊断价值评价

To Evaluate the Diagnostic Value of Imaging of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation

目的:探讨腰椎间盘突出的CR、CT、MRI表现及诊断价值。方法:通过对90例腰椎间盘突出的临床表现及CR、CT、MRI所见进行回顾性分析、总结并与手术对照。结果:CR显示腰椎间盘突出的间接征象,CT、MR显示腰椎间盘突出的直接征象及间接征象。结论:MRI检查对腰椎间盘突出的诊断最直观。

Purpose：To approach the manifestations and diagnostic value of CR、CT and MRI in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation（LIDH）.Materials and Methods：Retrospectively analyze and summarize the clinical manifestation and CR、CT and MRI of 90 patients with LIDH.Results：CR displays the indirect sings of LIDH,CT and MRI manifest the direct and indirect signs.Conclusion：MRI is the most direct-viewing diagnostic approcach for LIDH.
