摘要
用DV-5型光电直读光谱仪测定38CrMoAl中主量元素含量,优化了分析条件,讨论了分析结果和影响因素,对结果进行了不确定度的评定。方法具有操作简便、准确度较高,成本低等优点,可用于炉前快速分析。
Applying the DV -5 spectrum analyzer to assay contents of major elements in 38CrMoAl optimizes analytical conditions, deals with analyzed result and influencing factors, as well as evaluates uncertainty of the result. This method is featured of easy operation, high accuracy and low cost, which can be used for express analysis at the stokehold.
