喉部癌肉瘤为一种罕见的病变。为探讨其临床特征，报告诊治1例的临床资料，并结合文献复习，就该病的病理特点、临床表现、治疗及预后进行讨论。

Carcinosarcoma of the larynx is a rare disease.In this article one case is reported.Combined with references we also discuss pathologic characteristic, clinical manifestation, treatment and prognosis in the article.
