土耳其对华实施反倾销等贸易救济措施,是我国作为一个国际贸易大国而不是一个国际贸易强国现时经济发展阶段和出口结构的直接反映。换言之,这是一个阶段性问题,它会随着我国经济结构的调整和产业升级而逐步得到缓解。因此,我们的相关政策部门在决策过程中,不能仅仅针对土耳其的情况来做决策,而须树立全面的观念和中长期的观念。

It actually reflects China's status as a big trading nation corresponding to the present economic stage and export structure other than a strong power,in terms of Turkey's implementation of anti-dumping trade relief policy towards China.In other words,it is an issue of transitional stage,and this issue will be solved with the adjustment of China's economic structure and promotion of industry.So,departments of discussion-making should acquire long-term ideal in making trade policy rather than considering of such examples like in Turkey.
