摘要
通过普查台风影响和登陆前后的气象和水文资料,分析总结了2007年登陆福建的第9号台风"圣帕"风暴增水特征及其与气象要素的相互关系。"圣帕"引起的福建沿海风暴增水明显(50cm以上)且持续时间长(52h);风暴增水最大峰值出现在台风位于台湾海峡时,次峰值分别出现在台风登陆台湾岛前1~2h和台风登陆福建沿海前4h。"圣帕"风暴增水幅度与各验潮站的海平面气压关系密切,6h变压值对于风暴增水幅度的预报有一定的提前预报价值。
The storm surges disaster was brought by the Typhoon (SEPAT) in 2007 along Fujian Coast. The characteristics of storm surges and the correlation of storm surges with meteorological elements have been analyzed after investigating the meteorological and hydrographic data of fore-and-aft typhoons landing Fujian. Typhoon storm surges obviously heightened and the time lasted for a long time, and the duration of storm surge over 50 cm up to 52 hours. The largest peak of storm surges appeared during the typhoon in the Taiwan Strait, and the secondary peak respectively appeared when typhoon hit the island of Taiwan before 1-2 hours and hit the coast of Fujian before 4 hours. The extent of Typhoon storm surges was related to the sea level pressure of the tidal stations. Typhoon storm surge was early warned by the transform of 6h.
