摘要
通过对改革开放以来我国中职师资培养的政策轨迹梳理和分析,以求把握职教师资培养体系的沿革和现状、总结职教师资培养的基本经验,为进一步探索和创新职业教育教师培养体系作必要的准备。
This article reviewed and made brief comments on the course of policies of Chinese secondary vocational school teachers＇ training system.It tried to provide some useful information about the evolution process,experiences and further development thoughts of secondary vocational school teachers＇ training system in China.
