摘要
目的探讨急腹症的分诊工作及救护体会。方法总结我科从2008年3月-2009年3月4835例急腹症患者的分诊及急诊护理。结果通过我细心的急诊工作程序,所有患者基本得到准确分诊。结论急腹症的分诊工作及护理对抢救很重要。
Objective To investigate emergency pre-examine and treatment of acute abdomen symptom. Methods Emergency pre-examination and treatment were summarized in 4 835 cases with acute abdominal syndrome in our department from march 2008 to march 2009. Results All the patients got exactly adequate care before examination through our attentive emergency process. Conclusion The pre-examination and nurse of acute abdominal syndrome take fairly important part in salvage.
