颅脑损伤后脑耗盐综合征患者的诊断与治疗

Study of the Diagnosis and Treatment of the Cerebral Salt Wasting Syndrome after Craniocerebral Injury

目的：探讨颅脑损伤后脑耗盐综合征患者的诊断与治疗策略。方法：对我科2006～2007年收治的37例CSWS患者临床资料进行回顾性分析和总结。结果：经治疗，37例CSWS患者31例血钠恢复正常，4例死亡，无1例发生桥脑髓鞘溶解症。结论：脑耗盐综合征是颅脑损伤后患者低钠血症的最主要原因。早期明确诊断，积极稳妥补液补钠是有效治疗CSWS患者的关键。

Objective： To investigate the strategy of diagnosis and treatment of cerebral salt wasting syndrome after cranioeerebral injury. Methods： The clinical data of the 37 CSWS patients were analyzed retrospectively, who were admitted in our department during 2006-2007. Results： After treatment, among the 37 CSWS patients, the hyponatremia was corrected completely in 31 cases, and 4 cases died. No Adama-Victor-Maneall syndrome happened in our series. Conclusion： CSWS is the major cause of the heponatremia after craniocerebral injury. Early diagnosis, active and steady fluid and sodium replacement are the key factors to treat CSWS effectively.
