摘要
目的:探讨低温体外循环下心内直视手术的有效配合。方法:回顾总结200例心内直视术的配合过程,总结其配合方法。结果:200例手术过程均顺利,除7例因严重的心律失常及右心衰竭死亡,其余患者生存至今且无相应并发症发生。结论:手术室护士积极、有效地护理配合为患者的手术成功提供保障。
Objective： To study the cooperation on open heart surgery with hypothermal extracorporeal circulation. Methods： To review the experience of cooperation 200 patients undergoing open heart surgery and summarize the meth- ods of cooperation. Results： The processes of operation 200 patients were all succeed. Seven patients were died of the severe arrhythmia and right heart failure,the rest were existed without complication. Conclusion： The key point of success operation is professional, standard and skillful cooperation.
