益生菌在防治儿童喘息性疾病中的作用 被引量:4

The Effect of Probiotics on Prevention and Treatment of Pediatric Asthmatic Disease

摘要 目的:評价益生菌在预防和治疗儿童喘息性疾病中的效果。方法:将393例喘息性疾病患儿分为观察组206例,对照组187例,对照组187例常规治疗,观察组206例在对照组187例常规治疗的基础上给予口服双歧杆菌三联活菌肠溶胶囊。结果:观察组治愈时间明显少于对照组,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05),观察组总复发率为34.2%,对照组总复发率为43.3%,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:添加益生菌对预防和治疗儿童喘息性疾有积极的效果。 To evaluate whether oral administration of probiotics is effective to prevent and treat asthmatic disease in the infants. Methods.. Three hundreds and ninety-three children with asthmatic disease were divided randomly into the study group and the control group. One hundred and eighty-seven patients in the control group received conventional treatment. Two hundred and six patients in the study group received oral administration of bifidohacterium triple viable entericcoatel capsules in addition to the control group. Results: The care time of study group was shorter than that of control group. The difference was significant (P〈0. 05). The total relapse rate of the study group was 34. 2%. The total relapse rate of the control group was 43. 3%. The difference was significant (P〈0. 05). Conclusion: Probiotic supplementation has positive effect on preventing and treating asthmatic disease in the infants.
