摘要
目的:研究多层螺旋CT多平面图像重组技术(multi-planar reformation,MPR)对肺部病变定位诊断的价值。方法:398例患者行胸部多层螺旋CT薄层扫描后,采用MPR技术将横断面图像重组,分别获得矢状和冠状位的MPR图像。三位高年资医师分别在横断和矢冠状重组图像上确定病变部位,两位或两位以上均诊断为同一位置者确定为病变部位,纳入统计分析。所有资料用χ2检验。结果:398例中,矢冠状重组图像组无定位诊断错误,横断图像组有22例定位诊断错误。两者间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:多层螺旋CTMPR图像定位准确性较高,对少数横断图像难以定位的病变可加作MPR重组图像。
Objective: To investigate the value of the multi-planar reformation(MPR) images of multislice spiral CT in the location diagnosis of pulmonary diseases. Methods: Three hundred and ninety-eight patients received spiral CT examination of the thorax with thin-slice high-resolution scanning of the lung. By using MPR technique, the original cross-sectional images were reconstructed into coronal and sagittaI images. Three senior experienced radiologists reviewed both the cross-sectional and reformatted imaging data respectively as to make the location diagnosis of lung lesions. The location of lung lesion was used for statistical analysis only if at least two or all of the three radiologists agreed on the lesion location. X^2 test was applied for statistical analysis. Results: The radiologists made the correct location for all 398 patients on the coronal and sagittal MPR images alone, whereas the location diagnosis was wrong in 22 patients when only based on cross-sectional images. However, statistically there was no difference between the two groups(P〉0.05). Conclusion: The MPR images of multislice spiral CT are valuable in making correct location diagnosis of lung diseases, especially in those small portion of patients whose location diagnosis is not possible or equivocal on the cross-sectional images.
