原发性小肠肿瘤手术治疗分析

Study of the Surgery of the Primary Small Intestine Tumor

目的:分析探讨原发性小肠肿瘤的诊断与治疗方法。方法:回顾性分析28例原发性小肠肿瘤的临床资料。结果:28例均经手术和病理证实诊断。肿瘤均在空回肠。术前确诊仅12例。无手术死亡病例,全部康复出院。结论:小肠肿瘤早期诊断困难,医师应高度警惕,综合采用各项检查是提高术前诊断率的关键,手术治疗是主要措施。

Objective： To analyze and discuss the diagnosis and treatment of primary small intestine tumor. Methods： Clinical data was retrospectively analyzed, which was gathered from 28 patients with primary small intestine tumor. Results： In 28 patients, tumors were located at the ileum and jejunum, diagnosed through surgery and pathology. Only 12 cases had clear diagnosis before surgeries. There were no death resulting from surgery. All patients were restorated and dismissed. Conclusion： The early diagnosis of small intestine tumor is difficult. The doctors should be alert. The adoption of a comprehensive examination is the key to improve the accuracy of pre--operative diagnosis Surgery is the main measure.
