The Taken Experience and the Special Method Discussion of 62 Examples with the External Auditory Meatus Foreign Matter

目的:探讨取出外耳道异物的方法。方法:2000～2007年对62例外耳道异物取出方法进行报告。结果:不同异物采取不同方法,异物种类多样,因此取出的方法亦多样。对于一些特殊异物采用特殊方法将取得很好的效果。结论:要提高外耳道异物取出的效率,就要采用不同方式。

Objective： Explore ways to remove the foreign bodies in external acoustic meatus. Methods：From 2000 to 2007, the extraction methods in 62 cases with foreign bodies in external acoustic meatus were reported. Results：The different approaches were taken according to different foreign bodies and foreign bodies range, and a variety of methods were taken out. For some special foreign body, special methods would be adopted in order to obtain a good effect. Conclusion：To enhance the efficiency of the external auditory canal foreign bodies, it is necessary to adopt different ways.
