摘要
目的:提取菠里克果成熟果实中的多糖,并对该多糖进行含量测定。方法:通过水提醇沉法得到多糖,并用剩余碘量法测定精制后多糖的含量。结果:菠里克果精制多糖样品中多糖含量为55.51,得率为4.52%。结论:该方法简便、可行,结果准确可靠。
Objective: To isolate polysaccharide from Capparis spinosa L. ripe fruits, determine the content of the polysaccharide. Methods:The contents were determined by indirect iodometry. Results:The content of refined the polysaccharide was 55.51% and. yield was 4.5%. Conclusion:The method is simple, accurate and reliable, lay a good foundation for the next step of experiment.
