摘要
介绍了一种新型电子动能碎石机在泌尿系腔内碎石中的应用。５１例泌尿系结石，其中肾结石２例、输尿管结石４４例、膀胱结石４例、后尿道结石１例，术后碎石率达９８％。该碎石机碎石效果好，损伤小，操作简便。
Endourological electrokinetic lithotripsy(EKL) was carried out for 51 cases of urolithiasis including 2 cases of renal stone, 44 ureteral stone, 4 bladder stone and 1 urethral stone. The success rate has been 98%. This endourological procedure was claimed to be safe, effective and easily manipulated for the treatment of lithiasis located throughout the urinary tract.
