细胞松弛素D对人类精子顶体反应的影响

The effects of cytocharasin D on human spermatozoal acrosome reaction

摘要 为了观察细胞松弛素D(CD)对人类精子顶体反应(AR)的诱导作用,分别使用不同浓度的CD处理获能后的人精子,以钙离子载体A23187作为阳性对照,采用双重染色法检测精子的AR发生率。结果当CD浓度为30μmol/L及500μmol/L时,人精子的AR发生率分别为28.0±9.0%及28.6±2.8%,与空白对照组的17.9±5.5%相比较有明显增加,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。 Cytocharasin D (CD) separated from mold metabolic products mainly affects on the cell microfilament system. In order to observe its induction to human spermatozoal acrosome reaction, different concentrations of CD were used to treat the capacitated human spermatozoal. The double staining technique was adopted as a measurment of the AR rate.Calcium inophore A 23187 was used as a positive control group. It was found that at the concentrations of 30μmol/L CD and 500μmol/L CD the human spermatozoal AR rates were 28.0±9.0%and 28.6±2.8% respectively. There were a significant increase in the AR rate as compared with the plain control group( P <0.05).The results suggest that certain concentrations of CD are a good inducer for human spermatozoal acrosome reaction.
