摘要
在旧房增层改造中采用外套框架结构体系时,框架型式具有跨度大、底柱高的特点,按常规设计时往往为肥梁胖柱,工程造价高,使用空间较低.本文提出了房屋加层外套框架结构方案的优化设计方法,利用适用于机械制造的优化软件包,编制了用于钢筋混凝土结构的优化程序,程序采用分部优化法,以结构成本为作为目标函数进行优化设计,并结合工程实例作了优化计算.结果表明本文提出的方法能合理地利用材料的性能,协调各构件的几何参数,从而减小工程成本.
Enclosing frame has been proved to be a good structure form in retrofitting of old structures. However, the general design of enclosing frame structures often results in large section because of large span beams and tall columns, which limits its application. In order to solve this problem, an optimization design method based on separate part optimum theory is presented. By recomposing the program package that for machine optimization, the programming of optimization design for RC frame structures was completed. Taking the objective function as the structure cost, the optimization design was conducted using the program. The result shows that the optimization design method can reasonably utilize the strength of materials and coordinate geometric parameters of structural members, thereby reduces the construction cost.
