超声在评价左心房大小及功能中的临床价值

摘要
左心房功能的损害是许多心血管疾病的早期表现之一,是心房颤动、中风、心力衰竭等的危险因素,同时左心房大小在一些心血管疾病危险分级和预后评估中有着重要的价值。随着左室舒张功能研究的深入,左房功能逐渐受到重视。本文旨在对左心房大小和功能的超声研究进展及其临床应用价值做一综述。
