The Strike of Financial Crisis and the Feedback of Chinese Industry

本文根据目前各种统计数据和可以观察到的现象，分析国际金融危机冲击下中国工业的反应。外部需求萎缩致使中国工业增长速度大幅下降，利润明显减少，工业企业总体经营状况不佳：工业增长的区域结构调整加快，出口结构优化和产业升级的压力增大。在世界经济仍处于下行通道的情况下，中国工业发展面临的外部环境更加严峻，同时也为中国工业发展路径调整带来了新的机遇。为此，政府尚须出台更有效的后续政策应对日趋加深的危机影响。从长远来看．中国工业发展仍有很大的空间，建立层次丰富、结构完整的大国工业体系仍是中国工业发展的长期任务。

This paper gives an overall analysis on the influences of the financial crisis on China＇s industrial economy. From the current statistics and the predictable trends, we can see that China＇s industrial sector is experiencing a serious slowdown with export drops and lack of confidence for future investment by private business. With the slump of the global demand and the deep downturn of the whole world economy, the growth of China＇s industrial sector is expected to face more uncertainty while regional restructuring is accelerating with industrial investment moving from the costal East to West China. It calls for more effective stimulus policy and workable countermeasures to provide substantial support for the industrial sector to resume its dynamics. Strategic opportunity also lies in the financial crisis for China＇s economic development with dialectic thinking. From long views, we believe that the Chinese industrial economy still have huge potential in its future growth and will gain more competitiveness with the readjustment of the financial crisis and domestic industrial upgrading as well.
