大学生是中国特色社会主义事业的建设者和接班人，当代大学生社会责任感的教育与培养直接影响到大学生和社会的和谐发展。思想政治理论课是大学生社会责任感教育的主渠道，思想政治理论课必须有针对性地对大学生进行社会责任感的教育，通过加强社会主义核心价值体系教育，开展广泛的社会实践，深化教学改革，提高实效性，使大学生的社会责任感得以形成、巩固、提升和发展。

College students are constructors and successors of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Instruction on sense of social responsibility to college students will have a strong effect on their healthy growth, and on social harmonious development. Ideological and Political Theory Course is the main channel of the instruction. It is necessary to strengthen oriented instruction on sense of social responsibility and on socialist core value system, as well as to carry out social practice widely, deepen teaching reformation, and enhance effectiveness. All of these would be helpful to the formation, consolidation, upgrade and dvevlopment of college students＇ sense of social responsibility.
