兔眼球壁非磁性异物CT和MRI诊断

An experimental CT and MRI study of nonmagnetic foreign bodies in ocular ball wall of rabbits

将３９枚非磁性异物（金属异物１１枚，非金属异物２８枚，其大小介于１．５ｍｍ×１ｍｍ×０．５ｍｍ～９ｍｍ×４．２ｍｍ×４．２ｍｍ）置入２２只兔眼球壁行ＣＴ和ＭＲＩ检查，评价ＣＴ和ＭＲＩ对眼球壁异物的诊断价值。结果：ＳＥ序列Ｔ１ＷＩ、ＰＤＷＩ、Ｔ２ＷＩ、Ｆｌａｓｈ２ｄ序列和ＣＴ对３９枚眼球壁异物的检出阳性率分别为３９％、７７％、８２％、９７％和８０％。ＣＴ漏检的８枚异物分别是２枚干木块、２枚青枝柳条和４枚塑料，ＭＲＩ则全部显示；Ｆｌａｓｈ２ｄ漏检的１枚铅异物（２ｍｍ×１ｍｍ×１ｍｍ），经ＣＴ确定。结果提示：ＣＴ和ＭＲＩ均能有效地检出眼球壁异物，二者联合应用将提高眼球壁异物的检出率；

To investigate the value of CT and MRI in detecting nonmagnetic foreign bodies in ocular ball wall,39 foreign bodies were inserted into ocular ball walls of 22 rabbits.Among them,11 were metallic and 28 were nonmetallic,with their dimensions ranging from 1.5 mm×1 mm×0.5 mm to 9 mm×4.2 mm×4.2 mm.The positive rates of T1WI,PDWI,T2WI,Flash2d sequence and CT in 39 foreign bodies of ocular wall were 39%,77%,82%,97% and 80% respectively.Eight foreign bodies of ocular ball wall undetected on CT were shown on MRI and they were 2 dry wooden pieces,2 fresh willow and 4 plastic pieces respectively,but were shown on MRI.One lead particle(2 mm×1 mm×1 mm)within the ocular ball wall undetected on MRI was shown on CT.The results demonstrated that CT or MRI was an effective method for detecting foreign bodies of ocular ball wall.The diagnostic positive rate of foreign bodies ocular ball wall would be improved,when CT and MRI were performed in the same case.Flash2d sequence was the best sequence of MRI in detecting foreign bodies of ocular ball wall.
