摘要 讨论了超声B型成象中声特性阻抗和声速差异引起的伪象和误差,提出了成象目标轮廓由于多次反射引起伪象的基本模型。为使模型更接近实际,计入了入射角对回波强度的影响。最后对人体软组织声速差异引起的测量误差和显示误差作了估计。文中还给出了计算机模拟的结果。 This paper discussed some artifacts and error in ultrasonic B-mode imaging.First of all, the basic model of the artifact caused by multiplex reflection was re-ported. The influence of displaied intensity caused by the incident angle was takenaccount in order to make the model approaching practice. Finally the position andmeasurement error in B-mode display caused by the difference of propagationvelocity in human soft tissue were estimated. The result of computer simulationwere also reported.
