DG Islet Operation Mode and Its Impact on Protection and Control

摘要 随着分布式发电(DG)规模、容量的扩大及其在发电比例中的提高,近几年展开分布式发电装置孤岛运行可能性方面的研究工作,提出在故障后DG与系统解列形成孤岛运行方案,以充分发挥DG的持续供电作用。分析了系统故障后DG与系统解列所形成的孤岛运行的特点,介绍了现有的两种形成孤岛的模式,并讨论了DG形成孤岛需要满足的条件,分析了孤岛运行时对孤岛内原有保护与控制的影响,提出了实现孤岛运行所要采取的与保护和控制相关的措施,据此得出短时间断供电形成的孤岛运行是目前可行的模式。 With distributed generation (DG) scale and capacity expansion and its proportion increase in power generation, study on feasibility of DG islet operation has been executed in recent years, and islet operation scheme is given when DG is rejected from the system after emergency occurs in order to make full use of DG continuous power supply. The paper analyzes features of this operation scheme, introduces 2 existing islet formation modes, discusses conditions to meet form a DG islet, analyzes its impact on the original protection and control, gives out protection and control measures for islet operation. Based on the above mentioned the conclusion is that islet operation is feasible for system short-time power off at present.
