摘要
标段划分是工程施工招标工作过程中的重要环节,火电基建项目施工标段的划分与其他工程有所不同。文章从施工管理模式、标段合理划分的意义、必要性、可行性以及常见的标段划分方法及影响因素等方面进行了阐述,结合具体项目实际探讨了标段划分的思路和分析模型。
Bidding section division is an important link in project construction bidding process. Construction bidding section division for thermal power capital project is different from other projects. The paper describes in following aspects： construction management mode, significance, necessity, feasibility of bidding section rational division, conventional division method and impact factors, etc. It also discusses thinking way and analysis model for bidding section division in combination with practical project.
