Vibration Isolation Technique Application and Prospect in Power Apparatus

摘要 以隔振技术在某机械旋转振动控制的工程应用为例,根据隔振器设置原则确定了隔振(震)器的刚度、阻尼以及几何尺寸,通过自主编写的程序对安装了弹簧阻尼隔振(震)器的系统进行了最大振动线位移和隔振(震)效率的计算。最后,对隔振(震)技术在汽轮发电机组基础和变电站设施中的应用进行了展望。 Except enhancing traditional anti-seismic design, it is necessary to enhance development and application of power equipment vibration isolation techniques. Taking an engineering practice in which the technique is used for a certain machine rotation vibration control as an example, the vibration isolator stiffness, damping and geometric size are decided based on isolator configuration principles. The maximum vibration linear displacement and isolation efficiency of spring-damping vibration isolation system are calculated by the self-composed program. Finally, the paper gives a forecast of its application in turbine-generator foundation and substation.
