摘要
在特高压架空输电线路施工过程中,采用8线飞车来安装间隔棒,但鉴于液压驱动的动力飞车,元件大多为标准件,其整体重量大,全部压在导线上,使得间隔棒安装处的导线几乎接近于刚性而无法移动,导致间隔棒的安装非常不便。因此,采用蓄电池为动力源制作电力驱动折叠飞车,使飞车的重量及制作成本均大幅降低,提高了工作效率和高空作业施工的安全性。
8-wire flying-vehicle is used to install spacers in UHV overhead transmission line construction. Because components of hydraulic powered flying vehicle are most standard ones, its whole great weight is applied on the conductor, and conductor where the spacer will be installed is close to stiffness and can not move, which is not convenient for spacer installation. Therefore, using battery as power source for motor-driving folding flying vehicle can reduce greatly the vehicle weight and fabrication cost, increase working efficiency and construction safety in high air.
