Research on the Employability -oriented Talent Cultivating Trend under China’s General Higher Education Institutions

阐述了大学生职业力培养的具体内涵。认为组织变迁以及人力资源市场需求的结构性变动是大学生就业难的主要原因。提出高校人才培养改革框架,即把职业力作为高等教育机构人才培养的主要目标之一;建立开放的教育教学体系;培养职业导向型师资队伍。

The inner meaning of college students＇ employability cultivating is clarified. It is analyzed that the reasons why college students meet difficulty in finding jobs are organization change and structural demand shift of the human resource market. The reform frame of talent cultivating in college is pointed out： placing employability as the main object of talent cultivating under general higher education institutions of China; building open educating and teaching system; training employability-oriented teaching staff.
