摘要
基于独立学院办学定位及人才培养目标的需要,阐述了独立学院自身办学条件和生源及专业相应状况。在对辽宁省部分独立学院的调研基础上,分析了独立学院人力资源管理专业建设的途径与方法。指出在独立学院人力资源管理专业建设中,应明确人才定位,改革教学内容,改善师资结构,加强对学生实践技能的培养,以满足学生就业及社会的需求。
In order to meet the needs of orientation and the training target of independent colleges, the conditions of independent school, student resources and majors are clarified. Based on the investigation and research to some independent colleges in Liaoning Province, the course construction of human resource management of independent colleges is analyzed. It is pointed out that during the process of course construction, clarifying talent positioning, reforming teaching contents, improving the structure of teachers and enhancing students practice skills should be considered to meet the needs of student employment and community.
