独立学院持续健康发展问题研究

Research on Sustainable and Healthy Development of Independent Colleges

介绍了独立学院从兴起到规模再到规范的三个发展历程。分析了教育部第26号令《独立学院设置与管理办法》的颁布对独立学院发展所具有的积极意义。针对独立学院在新的形势下所面临的挑战,提出了其健康发展的思路。指出借助母体高校的优质教育资源、规范办学、科学定位、办出特色是独立学院发展的真正出路。

Three developing stages of independent colleges are introduced. It is analyzed that the No. 26 Decree of Ministry of Education Setting and Managing the Independent Colleges plays an active role on the development of independent colleges. Under the challenges of independent colleges in the new circumstance, the way of healthy development is put forward. It is pointed out that the developing ways of independent colleges are with the help of mother university＇s high-quality educational resources, school size, scientific orientation and special features.
