东北地区农村金融制度创新

On the Innovation of Rural Finance System in Northeast China

阐述了东北地区农村金融制度创新的意义。根据目前农村金融体系不能适应其发展需要的现状,提出其制度创新的五点思考。指出积极发挥政策的激励和引导作用,努力探索农村金融产品创新试点,加快建立农业发展资金的回流渠道,规范发展各种新型农村金融机构,加强农村金融创新的风险防范是创新东北地区农村金融制度的主要措施。

The significance of rural fiance system innovation in northeast of China is clarified. According to the present situation that rural fiance system cannot adjust to the needs of development, five points about it are put forward： playing the role of policy on encouragement and leading; exploring the innovation sites in rural fiance products; accelerating the returning drain of agriculture development funds; normalizing the development of new- typed agriculture finance organizations and strengthening the risk preventing on rural fiance innovation.
