辽宁朝阳的气候特点与农业发展

On the Climate Features and Agricultural Development of Chaoyang Liaoning

分析了朝阳气候由于受纬度位置、海陆位置、大气环流和地形等因素的影响而干旱少雨的特点,指出它对传统农业生产不利,并成为制约当地经济发展的主要障碍。认为应该在现代科学发展观指导下,探索适应当地气候特点的农业发展新路,发展特色农业;通过开发新型能源,改变农村能源消费结构,逐步促进生态环境的根本好转;优先发展生长期短、需水量少、耐旱、喜光、经济价值高的粮食、水果、蔬菜等绿色食品产业;充分利用朝阳地区冬季日照时间长、太阳辐射能丰富的特点发展反季农业;因地制宜,开展多种经营,加快经济的多元开发和发挥主打优势,进而达到发展生产,提高生活质量,促进人与自然的协调发展。

Under the influence of latitude location, sea and land location, atmospheric circulation, the climate of Chaoyang is drought and with less rain which plays a negative effect on the traditional agriculture and is the main obstacle to the development of the local economy. A new way of developing agriculture which can adapt the local climate should be explored and the characteristic agriculture should be developed on the conduction of modern scientific development. Through the development of new energy, the rural energy consumption structure is changed and the fundamental improvement in the ecological environment can be gradually promoted. The development of high economic value green food industry such as food, fruits and vegetable which are with short growing-period, need less water, can be drought-tolerant and accept light should be given priority. Reverse-season agriculture should be developed on the characteristic of Chaoyang region： abundance solar radiation energy and long winter sunshine. Suiting to the local conditions, developing muhi-operation, speeding up economic muhicuhural development and playing a main advantage should be used to develop production, increase people＇s living standard and promote the harmonious development of human being and nature.
