烟台市船舶公共用品和餐具卫生监测结果分析

Analysis on Hygiene Surveillance Results of Public Articles and Tableware on Ship in Yantai City

目的了解烟台市船舶公共用品和餐具的卫生状况,确保船员及广大旅客的生活、饮食安全。方法根据国家卫生标准和检验方法,对烟台市2003—2006年船舶公共用品和餐具进行卫生检测及评价。结果2003—2006年共检测公共用品1777份,合格1701份,总合格率为95.72%。不同年度合格率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),不同类型公共用品间合格率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。床单卫生状况冬季比夏季好(P<0.05),毛毯卫生状况夏季比冬季好(P<0.05)。检测餐具1614份,合格1225份,总合格率为75.90%,各年度合格率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),不同类型餐具间其合格率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论公共用品的卫生状况明显好于餐具的卫生状况。烟台市船舶公共用品和餐具的卫生状况逐年有所改善。

[ Objective] To understand the sanitary condition of public articles and tableware on ship in Yantai city, ensure the life and food safety of crew and passengers. [ Methods ] According to the national health standard and testing methods, the sanitary condition of public articles and tableware on ship were tested and evaluated in Yantai city from 2003 to 2006. [ Results] 1701 of 1777 public articles samples were eligible during 2003-2006, the total eligible rate was 95.72%, there were significant differences in eligible rate among different years （ P 〈 0.05 ）, and the differences in eligible rate among different types of public articles were significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The hygiene condition of sheet in winter was better than that in summer （ P 〈 0.05 ） , and the hygiene condition of woolen blanket in summer was better than that in winter （ P 〈 0.05）. 1225 of 1614 tableware samples were eligible, the total eligible rate was 75.90%, there were significant differences in eligible rate among different years （ P 〈 0.05 ） , and the differences in eligible rate among different types of tableware were significant （ P 〈 0. 05）. [ Conclusion] The hygiene condition of public articles was better than that of tableware obviously. The hygiene condition of public articles and tableware on ship in Yantai city has been improving year by year.
