摘要
以变速器轴承为研究对象,针对变速器轴承进行了力学分析,并在此基础上推导了变速器各轴承的受力公式。基于VC#.NET技术开发了变速器轴承设计计算和选型软件,并通过实例进行了验证。该软件系统功能全面、人机界面友好,和传统的设计方法相比,这种方法提高了精度和效率。
Mechanics analysis of transmission bearing is carried out,and mechanics formula of each bearing is verified.Transmission bearing design software is developed based on VC.NET,and by an example the softuware is verified.This software function is comprehensive,and software surface is friendly.Comparing with traditional design method,this method can improve precision and efficiency.
