摘要
德国ZF公司常采用20MnCr5作为变速器的齿轮材料,在经过渗碳淬火处理后的磨齿工艺中,轮齿齿面会发生磨削烧伤,使其表面质量大大降低。通过分析渗碳淬火齿轮磨削烧伤的实质以及对表面质量的影响,从砂轮、磨削条件、切削液、渗层碳浓度等方面阐述了磨削烧伤的主要影响因素,并给出消除齿轮磨削烧伤的一些措施。
20MnCr5 steel is often used to manufacture the transmission gear.During the process of gear grinding after case-hardening,there usually are grinding burns in the tooth surface,which decreases the surface quality of gear.According to the analysis of the essentiality of grinding burns and the effect on the gear surface,some main factors,including grinding wheel,grinding process,cutting fluid and carbon concentration of hardened case,are illustrated and thus some methods to solve the problem in grinding process are proposed.
