实验动物眼动的视频测量

摘要 设计了一种基于视频图像的实验动物眼动测量方法。该方法对猕猴观察不同注视点时的眼睛进行成像,通过图像处理得到瞳孔在眼睛中的相对位置数据,从而计算出所观察的注视点的位置。由瞳孔中心位置确定眼睛实际注视点的标定算法,并对系统性能进行了分析。 An eye movement detection method based on video graphics is introduced.The method takes the image of the eye of the Macaque when it is gazing at a position,and processes the eye image to get the relative position of the pupil in the eye, then calculates out the position where it is gazing at.The algorithms determine the real fixation of the eye according to the position of iris centre.Finally the system performance is analyzed and discussed.
