经腹部联合经直肠超声在诊断妇科疾病中的临床价值

The clinical value of the combination of transabdominal ultrasound and transrectal ultrasound in the diagnosis of gynecologic diseases

目的:探讨青春期少女经腹部联合经直肠超声诊断妇科疾病的临床价值。方法:对136例青春期女性患者经腹部超声,经腹部联合经直肠超声诊断妇科疾病,经超声诊断与临床及病理结果进行比较。结果:136例青春期患者经腹部超声诊断符合率76.47%,经腹部和直肠联合超声符合率98.52%,联合超声诊断符合率明显高于经腹部超声。结论:对于青春期少女采用经腹部联合直肠超声能明显提高诊断率。

Objective： To explore the clinical value of the combination of transabdominal ultrasound and transrectal ultrasound in the diagnosis of gynecologic diseases of puberal maidens. Methods： 136 puberal maiden patients were detected for gynecologic diseases by transabdominal ultrasound combined with transrectal ultrasound, then results were compared to clinical and pathological results. Results： The eoincidence rate of transabdominal uhrasound was 76.47%, while the coincidence rate of transabdominal ultrasound combined with transrectal ultrasound was 98.52%. The coincidence rate of transabdominal ultrasound combined with transrectal ultrasound was higher than that of transabdominal ultrasound. Conclusion： For puberal maidens, transabdominal ultrasound combined with transrectal ultrasound can improve the diagnostic accuracy significantly.
