卵巢早衰和不孕症患者血清中抗透明带抗体　及Th1/Th2细胞因子的测定及意义

The detection and significance of anti-zona pellucida antibody and Th1/Th2 cytokines in serum in patients with premature ovarian failure and infertility

目的:探讨抗透明带抗体的表达和Th1/Th2细胞因子的改变在卵巢早衰(POF)和不孕症患者发病中的作用。方法:用ELISA法检测21例POF、20例不明原因不孕症和20例健康女性的血清中抗透明带抗体的表达、IFN-γ、IL-4和IL-10水平。结果:POF组和不孕组血清中抗透明带抗体的阳性率均明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。POF组和不孕组血清中IFN-γ/IL-10比值均明显高于对照组(P<0.01),不孕组IFN-γ/IL-4比值明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:抗透明带抗体的表达和Th1/Th2细胞因子比值增高在POF及不孕症妇女的发病过程中起到重要的作用。

Objective： To explore the effects of anti - zona pellucida antibody expression and Th1/Th2 cytokines change on onset of premature ovarian failure （POF） and infertility. Methods： The expression anti - zona pellucida antibody and the levels of IFN - γ, IL - 4 and IL - 10 from 21 women with POF, 20 women with unexplained infertility and 20 healthy women were detected by enzyme - linked immunosorbent assay. Results ： The positive rates of anti - zona pellueida antibody in POF women and infertile women were significantly higher than that in healthy women （P 〈0. 01 ） . The ratios of IFN -γ/IL - 10 in POF women and infertile women were significantly higher than that in healthy women （ P 〈 0. 01 ）, the ratio of IFN - γ/IL - 4 in infertile women was significantly higher than that in healthy women （ P 〈 0. 01 ） . Conclusion： The expression of anti - zona pellueida antibody and the high ratio of Th1/Th2 play an important role in the onset of POF and infertility.
