１９７７年～１９９１年共收治１０例嗅神经母细胞瘤（Ａ期１例、Ｂ期５例、Ｃ期４例），均经病理证实。６例行单纯放疗，４例行术后放疗。ＤＴ４０２０～７０００ｃＧｙ，２例未完成治疗。颈部无淋巴结转移者未做预防照射。本组１、３、５年生存率分别为７０％（７／１０），６０％（６／１０），５０％（５／１０）。作者认为。

To evaluate the radiotherapeutic effect on olfactory neuroblastoma. Ten patients with olfactory neuroblastoma histologically confirmed and treated with radiotherapy(Kadish stage A one case,B 5 cases and C 4 cases were evaluated. Six of the 10 patients received radiotherapy alone, and 4 received radiotherapy postoperatively.The radiation dosage ranged from 27 70 GY /3 7 weeks.The 1 ,3 and 5 year survival rates were 70.0% ,60.0% and 50.0% respectively.Radiotherapy is effective for patients with olfactory neuroblastoma.
