大庆古龙南地区储层潜在损害研究 被引量:5

摘要 油气层保护工作自20世纪80年代末开始在中国受到重视,由于油气层损害具有因地制宜的特点,因此,各地区都应仔细研究其机理。首先要进行潜在伤害因素研究,采用X衍射、扫描电镜、压汞等实验手段,对古龙南地区的岩心进行综合分析,对储层特性有了深入认识。按标准实验程序,对古龙南地区储层岩心进行了室内研究。初步评价了储层敏感性,敏感程度大小依次为:水敏性(中等偏强),速敏性(中等),盐敏性(中等),碱敏性(中等),酸敏性(中等)。在实际施工中应注意考虑增注措施;控制钻井液滤液类型和侵入地层的数量,在工作液中考虑使用粘土稳定剂;控制工作液的盐度;注意钻井液pH值不高于10,在今后的三次采油作业中要避免使用强碱性驱油流体;酸化施工时要注意使用铁离子稳定剂。 Hydrocarbon reservoir protection has been started to pay attention in our country since late 1980s. Reservoir damage has local features, so mechanism of area should be studied. First, potential damage factors are studied. Cores from South Gulong area are comprehensively analyzed by using X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscope and mercury intrusion methods and to get much understanding on reservoir features. Based on standardized experimental procedure, reservoir cores in from South Gulong area is analyzed in house and reservoir sensitivity is preliminarily evaluated. The sensitivity degree is water sensitivity (medium to high ) , rate sensitivity (medium) , salt sensitivity (medium) , alkali sensitivity (medium) and acid sensitivity (medium). There are several problems need to consider in actual operation, including addition injection measures, control of drill fluid filtrate type and its quantity invaded into formation. Clay inhibitor should be used in operating fluid, salinity of operating fluid should be controlled and pH value of drilling fluid should be less than 10. For tertiary production in the future, strong alkali displacement fluid should not be used and ferric ion stabilizer should be used during acid treatment.
