摘要
临南油田日趋严重的套损状况,严重破坏了油田的注采平衡关系,制约着油田注采结构的进一步调整,造成大批治理资金被迫投入,成为影响油田开发效果的反面典型。分析了临南油田油水井套管弯曲、缩径、错断、破裂、穿孔及渗漏六种主要类型,介绍了套管损坏在开发时间、生产区块、井别、构造位置及井深剖面上的分布规律,论述了套管腐蚀穿孔和变形损坏的主要作用机理,提出了“预防为主,防治结合”的总方针,并提出了“套损井治理必须优选经济、有效、合理的修井方案,确保治理工艺的合理优化组合,以实现经济效益的最佳化”的方案,总结了近年来临南油田在预防和治理套损井方面的主要对策及措施,为今后临南油田的高效襦开发提出了宅贵建议.值得其他油田借罄。
Casing damage in Linnan Oilfield seriously breaks injection/production balance and prevents further adjustment of injection/production structure, resuhing in much cost for treatment and becoming obstacle for oilfield development. In this paper, six types of casing damage in Linnan Oilfield are analyzed including casing buckling, hole shrinkage, bad break, breaking, perforating and leakage in producers and injectors. Distribution rules of casing damage in respects of development period, production block, well type, structural location and well depth section are introduced. Main mechanisms of corrosion and deformation damage of casing are discussed, and the general principle "prevent is primary combined with treatment" is proposed. Meanwhile, this paper suggests that casing damage treatment must optimize economic, effective and reasonable workover plan to ,guarantee reasonable optimized combination of treatment techniques so as to realize maximum economic effect. Finally, it summarizes significant treatments of preventing and treating casing damage wells in Linnan Oilfield in recent years, providing experience for high - effective development of Linnan Oilfield in the future and reference for other oilfields.
