摘要
目的建立一种食品中高浓度复合磷酸盐的测定方法。方法用国标中标准曲线与高浓度标准曲线对比,找出最佳方法。结果高浓度标准曲线回归方程Y=0.0023X+0.0008,r=0.9991,精密度RSD为1.5%,回收率为99.5%~103.0%。结论采用高浓度标准曲线,其方法的相关性好,重现性好,准确度高。
[ Objective] To establish a determination method for compound phosphate in food. [ Methods] Directrix curve with GB code and the highly concentrated specification curve contrast was adopted to find best method. [ Results] Highly concentrated specification curve regression equation Y = 0. 0023X + 0. 0008,r = 0. 9991, accuracy RSD was 1.5%. the coefficient of recovery was 99.5% -103.0%. [Conclusion] The highly concentrated specification curve has good relevance, good reproduction quality and high accuracy.
