金融危机对我国主要农产品进出口的影响及应对措施——基于1997年与2007年金融危机的对比性研究

The Impact of Financial Crisis on Import & Export of China's Major Agricultural Products and Countermeasures——Based on Comparative Study on financial crises in 1997 and in 2007

对比1997年亚洲金融危机与2007年世界金融危机前后我国主要农产品进出口数据,得出:两次金融危机前我国农产品进出口呈现递增趋势,进口增加的幅度大于出口增加的幅度,2007年比1997年金融危机对我国农产品进出口影响大,且影响时间长。对应对金融危机,应千方百计保证国家粮食安全和主要农产品有效供给,加强农产品出口基地化、区域化建设,调整农产出口结构,增加农业农村投入等。

A comparison is made on the data for import and export of China＇s major agricultural products in 1997 Asian financial crisis and the world financial crisis in 2007, arriving at a conclusion that there is a rising trend for import and export of China＇s major agricultural products before both crises in 1997 and 2007, and that import growth is greater than export, the impact of 2007 financial crisis on the import and export of China＇s major agricuhur products is bigger and longer than that of the 1997 financial crisis. In response to financial crisis, various efforts should be made to ensure national food security and the effective supply of major agricultural products in China, strengthening base -oriented and regional - oriented construction of the export agricultural products, adjusting its structure, increasing agriculture investment in rural areas.
